PAYMENT
Residents of EC VAT area will be charged a VAT of 15% (UK VAT reg no. 937 7101 18).
Orders cannot commence without a completed detail form and a full payment.

Sweet Graphics accepts payments by Paypal. Within the UK we also accept cheque and BACS transfer. If you would like to pay via other means than Paypal, please contact us prior to purchasing your items.You are responsible for postal charges and for any import duties and/or tax that may be levied by their own country.
Please note that payment is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
There is a cancellation charge of 50% of the order value if you decide to cancel before approving your final proof.
Due to the personalised nature of each order, once your final proof is approved there are no cancellations and no refunds.
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input errors, and that in approving your final proof you accept responsibility for any errors. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
In the event of Sweet Graphics' goods being faulty, please notify us within 5 business days from receipt of your stationery and return your stationery to us in itís original packaging with a written note of any faults or damage. Upon receipt of your stationery if it is deemed to be faulty on the part of Sweet Graphics, we will do everything possible to remedy the error or offer you a refund (postage will be reimbursed to the customer if the fault lies with Sweet Graphics).
DELIVERY
We will provide you with electronic proofs of your stationery within 3 business days from receipt of your wording and cleared full payment, unless we notify you otherwise. Print and production will take approximately 10 business days from the final proof approval.
Please note that if you delay in sending us with the necessary information to process your order, your order will be delayed.
We will deliver your order by Royal Mail signed-for.
The cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.
SAMPLES AND PROOFS
We advise customers to request a sample before ordering stationery, as the colour of the products may vary slightly to the actual item due to variations in monitor setting and colour reproduction.
The £4 fee for a sample will be credited towards your full order.
The checking of the proofs is the responsibility of the customer. We require written confirmation either by letter or e-mail that the proof is fine or which amendments are required. We will not commence printing until the customer confirms that all is okay and we have the go ahead.
Once the proofs have been signed off any further alterations may incur an additional charge.

All designs of the stationery items sold in Sweet Graphics' shop are copyright of Sweet Graphics. They may not be used in whole or part without our prior written permission.
Please note that you are responsible to obtain all necessary consents and permission in relation to any images, photographs and text that you ask us to include in your stationery.

If the notebooks are faulty, please notify us within 5 business days from receipt of the notebooks, and return the notebooks to us in it's original packaging (postage will be reimbursed to you if the goods are faulty).
We accept items for exchange or refund if they are in saleable condition in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be your responsibility should you wish to remit your item for a refund/exchange.
DELIVERY
Unless we notify you otherwise, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after the payment has been cleared, and will be delivered by Royal Mail first class. (Orders over £10 will be delivered by "signed-for")
